MAIN SERVICES:

The above services will be implemented in the following steps:

Phase 1: AUDIT/TREATABILITY STUDY

  • Cost: after the first visit on site
  • Duration: 2 months
  • Necessary input data and General Requirements

– Raw water physical-chemical quality parameters, quantity, and treatment method

 – Wastewater physical-chemical quality paramenters

 – Wastewater quantity cm/hour, cm/day, cm/week

 – The water physical-chemical quality requirements parameters needed in the process

 – Up-to-date manufacturing process diagram

 – Raw water inputs quantity & quality during the process

 – Wastewater outputs quantity & quality during the process & temperature

 – Actual costs with raw water, reagents, energy, wastewater, sludge

  • Activity: a visit to the production factory with samling 10 l of wastewater to be analyzed in our laboratory. Our best chemistry and process engineers will test the wastewater with different solutions and reagents to identify and prove the best treatment solution.
  • Results:

– a treatment solution and its recovery rate [%]

 – a budget estimation according to General Requirements

 – an estimated physical volumetry for solution implementation (surface in sqm and maximum height)

Phase 2: FEASIBILITY STUDY

  • Cost: after the audit 
  • Duration: 3-4 months
  • Necessary input data and Specifical Requirements

–  Electric power (capacity and distance) & connections

– Main pipes input/output (capacity and distance) & connections  – Requested level of automatization

– SCADA implementationand its detail level (reports, alarms, specific consumption per product unit)  – Request of a particular provider for equipment (pumps), sensors, etc

– Request of a particular material for pipes, water tank

– Request for a particular cable (fire, chemical, etc.)

– Special working conditions during implementation on site

– Special request for level of redundancy of the equipments and sensors and special request for design detailling the level

  • Activity: a team of 7 engineers* will be involved to define, correlate and integrate the proposed treatment solution concerning the DELFORT Specifical Requirements (*7 engineers: process engineer, architect, structural engineer, mechanical engineer, hydraulic engineer, HVAC, electrical engineer, automatization & SCADA engineer)
  • Results:

– a treatment solution and its recovery rate [%]  – a concrete offer for a 1-1.5 year implementation as design & build according to General, Specifical, and Contractual Requirements and the requested number of years for warranty
